The FOSTER project is based on a network of institutional collaborations in Europe and Africa, aimed at supporting joint research, training and dissemination activities on food security and food safety issues.

Joint workshops between researchers from different disciplines will be held at some of these institutes.

An international institute dedicated to nutrition research and education. Founded in 2008 following UK initiatives to improve nutritional care in healthcare systems, it now promotes evidence-based approaches to integrate nutrition into health policy and food systems.

EUROPASS - Emilia Romagna Region

- Emilia Romagna, Italy

Europass is the liaison structure of the Emilia-Romagna Region with the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). The office is coordinated by the Emilia-Romagna Region Delegation to the EU. It operates on the basis of an agreement between the Emilia-Romagna Region and the University of Parma, also through a Scientific Committee representing the local universities.
