Neurosciences and Law: implications ans perspectives The aim of the conference is to study the various interactions between the field of neuroscience and the world of law, seeking to understand how neuroscientific discoveries can affect some fundamental legal categories and how law should behave in the face of these innovations. The intent is to identify, from a comparative and interdisciplinary perspective, the fields of intersection between neuroscience and law, emphasizing the importance of this new field of dialogue. |

Opposing Europe? Antieuropeanism, Euroscepticism, Populism and Radical Democracy The event aims to open a space for analysis and scholarly discussion on these different forms of criticism of European integration from both a historical and a politological perspective, considering forms of opposition as a multidimensional phenomenon and not as a mere pathological deviation of society. Thus, the complexity of the oppositional phenomenon to European integration and the different facets of opposition will be taken into account: from simple rejection or distancing, to criticism, from the call for radical reform of the EU, to the varied spectrum of alter-European movements and groups to anti-European ones. |
