e-NACT Project

2017-2019

The project's main objective was the development of suitable tools to encourage the correct use of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union by legal practitioners, in particular national judges and lawyers. CSEIA, as scientific unit of the E-NACT project, participated in it by organizing two trainings addressed to judges and lawyers on the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in the fields of immigration and asylum and of data protection. The two training events were held in 2019, according to the following schedule: 1) “Data protection”, 20-21 May 2019; 2) "Immigration and asylum", 24-25 June 2019. The UNIPR-CSEIA unit has also drawn up two short handbooks on the topics covered by the two training events.
